Property Access and Preparation

• Please ensure all pets are kept indoors during the duration of our work for their safety and ours.

• Please verify that all windows and doors are fully closed and properly sealed. WATER WASH PROS is not liable for any water intrusion resulting from improperly sealed openings.

Electrical and Appliance Notice

• After service, please check any appliances connected to GFCI-protected outlets, such as garage refrigerators or freezers. Moisture may cause outdoor outlets to trip, potentially disrupting power.

Service Results

• We make every effort to deliver outstanding results, but we offer no guarantee—express or implied—that all stains, discoloration, paint, or other markings will be removed through our cleaning process.

Estimates and Scope of Work

• All estimates are approximations only and may change based on final scope, site conditions, or customer requests.

• You will be notified in advance of any changes that affect pricing.

• Acceptance of this estimate constitutes agreement for WATER WASH PROS to perform the services described.

• Any additional services not included in this estimate will be billed separately.

Project Schedule

• Service scheduling will follow the timeline agreed upon; however, no specific completion timeframe is guaranteed. Multiple visits to the property may be required.

• Scheduled arrival times represent a timeframe window—you will be notified when we are enroute.

Change Orders

• Any changes in service specifications, quantities, or schedule must be confirmed in writing to be valid. Changes may result in adjusted pricing, and the client agrees to pay any increased charges.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of work or by the due date listed on the invoice.

• Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with applicable laws.

Media and Communications Consent

• By accepting this estimate or engaging our services, you grant WATER WASH PROS permission to photograph or video your property and use such materials for marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

• You also consent to receive text or email communications regarding promotions or service updates. You may opt out at any time.

Authorization and Agreement

• By requesting our services, you authorize WATER WASH PROS to access your property to perform the agreed-upon work.

• Signing this estimate or contract confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and acknowledges that this is a legally binding agreement.
